Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: April 29, 2026
Paid checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle processes payment details, tax, receipts, subscription renewals, cancellations, and eligible refunds.
You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal period. After cancellation, Pro access remains available until the end of the paid billing period.
For launch, we plan to honor refund requests made within 14 days of purchase when the product does not work for your supported browser-session use case. Lifetime launch purchases are refundable during the same 14-day window.
To request help, include your purchase email and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, page content, screenshots with private data, or payment card details.
